- We need one experienced owner to handle real estate decisions, construction projects, and facilities operations end to end.
- This is a player-coach role where you will build the function as you go.
What You'll Own:
- Requirements scoping and internal stakeholder management, converting CEO vision into a documented program.
- Capacity and space planning, occupancy forecasting, and recommendations on size, timing, and location.
- Real estate and leasing, including site selection, lease negotiation, and international site selection.
Your First 12 Months:
- Get all active office projects under a single plan, budget, and timeline.
- Establish the facilities operating standard and onsite staffing model for existing locations.
- Build the real estate and workplace playbook so the next office opening is repeatable.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in workplace, real estate, facilities, or capital projects, including end-to-end ownership of at least one office buildout.
- Direct experience negotiating commercial leases, working with brokers, landlords, and Legal.
- Strong construction and vendor project management, budget ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
