Staffing Coordinator

As a Remote Staffing Coordinator, you will review caregiver preferences using Point-of-Care software, strategically match shifts by identifying client needs and open shifts, optimize scheduling, coordinate with teams, communicate in real-time, maintain documentation, provide feedback, and support inbound calls when needed. We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare-related scheduling, data entry, or direct patient care, a High School Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and customer service abilities, attention to detail, and technical proficiency with scheduling software and reporting systems.
