Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and report on commercial and cost reporting aspects.
- Support programme and project teams for compliance with contract and corporate governance rules.
- Lead commercial review and valuation of contractor payment applications.
Qualifications:
- Educated to a degree standard in a related subject.
- Knowledge and experience of NEC 3 and/or NEC 4 contracts.
- Experience working in the Rail sector is preferable.
Contract Administration:
- Produce appropriate commercial correspondence and contractual notices.
- Contract administration of standard and bespoke contracts like NEC and ICC.
- Ensure commercial records are properly retained and archived.
