Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative oversight and evaluation across all construction disciplines.
  • Review construction activities for compliance with contract documents, codes, and VA standards.
  • Analyze contractor work to identify deficiencies.

Financial Management & Cost Control:

  • Monitor project budgets, obligations, and expenditures.
  • Review contractor pay applications and validate progress against completed work.
  • Assist with preparation, evaluation, and documentation of change orders.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and logs.
  • Track project correspondence, records, and contractual documentation.
  • Support preparation of reports for leadership.
