Security Platform Engineer

Role Overview:

• This role applies reliability engineering to security-critical infrastructure, building systems that scale and recover automatically.
• You will work daily with AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code and MCP-based integrations.
• Success means our security fabric scales without us and on-call rotations get quieter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operate security telemetry, log analytics, and observability infrastructure including OpenSearch clusters and alerting systems.
• Design GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Kustomize across hundreds of AWS accounts and regions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for security infrastructure, documenting resolutions and converging systems toward needing fewer humans.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of platform engineering experience with strong emphasis on building engineered systems.
• Production experience with at least 2 agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, or Cursor.
• Deep familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, multi-account patterns, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
