Scope of Work:
- Design and format nine HPV technical guidelines into professionally structured publications.
- Refine and edit existing text for clarity, flow, and consistency across all documents.
- Develop infographics, diagrams, and a unified design system for the guideline suite.
Deliverables:
- 9 fully designed HPV technical guidelines in publication-ready PDFs within 10 working days.
- 1 designed comprehensive summary guideline with strong visual storytelling.
- Full suite of infographics, diagrams, visual assets, and a design system/style guide.
Who You Are:
- Strong publication production capability with ability to run parallel design workflows.
- In-house or embedded copyediting capability and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Figma.
- 7–10+ years experience in publication design, ideally with immunization or public health materials.
Proposal Requirements:
- Submit company profile, proposed approach, work plan, team composition, and three references.
- Include a breakdown of costs and demonstrate understanding of the TOR and evaluation criteria.
