Ad Operations Specialist

As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing programmatic advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations, you'll collaborate closely with our Client Services team to ensure seamless campaign execution, from trafficking and pixel implementation to performance analysis, all within a dynamic and remote-first environment. You will collaborate with Client Services to fulfill client deliverables, including campaign trafficking, campaign modifications, and internal-facing ad operations. You'll be creating and delivering pixel-based data-capturing systems and QA campaign assets, pixels and campaigns before launching. Identify areas of opportunity to optimize the campaign setup process alongside our product and technology teams and establish techniques, best practices and processes to support and maximize the creation of successful campaigns.
