- Performs building walk-throughs to identify architectural, mechanical, and electrical energy conservation measures.
- Creates energy models using software like TRACE and eQuest to quantify savings and optimize control strategies.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 6-8+ years of experience with HVAC, controls, or electrical systems.
- Must hold certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP).
- Experience with energy modeling tools like TRACE, eQuest, or DOE2 is essential for this role.
