Data Team Lead

As Data Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Level 3 (L3) support team, ensuring that data operations are secure, efficient and in compliance with industry best practices. You will guide the team in resolving complex incidents, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your role will be critical in creating, maintaining and evolving detailed runbooks and technical documentation, as well as leading initiatives to optimize processes, ensure system reliability and strengthen the team's ability to respond to critical events. You - Have experience with data engineering in cloud environments - Have solid experience with Databricks, including: Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows (Jobs), Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Cluster & Job Management - Have knowledge of Azure tools and services, such as: Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor / Log Analytics - Have proficiency in Python and PySpark - Are proficient in SQL and data modeling - Understand modern data architectures, including pipelines and governance in Databricks - Have advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases - Have a deep understanding of network infrastructure and security in data environments.
