Job Description
As a Project Manager II for Environmental Social Justice (ESJ), you will play a crucial role in integrating equity into energy efficiency programs. This involves supporting the design, development, and implementation of ESJ components, such as midstream incentive and building electrification programs. You will provide operational support, manage project budgets and schedules, and interact with project participants and clients. Duties include performing research and analysis, completing written deliverables, and supporting business development opportunities.
You will also contribute to strategic ESJ initiatives within the company, such as integrating equity into product development and creating ESJ educational materials. Collaboration with the ESJ Team Manager will be essential to oversee strategic ESJ initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to equity in clean energy and advance environmental social justice.
