Job Description
The Asset Management and Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all fleet vehicles, test equipment and other equipment across the organization. This role ensures that assets are properly tracked, maintained, inspected, and available for operational use. The specialist will work closely with field teams, mechanics, procurement, and leadership to support safe and cost-effective asset utilization.
Maintains a complete and up-to-date inventory of all company fleet vehicles, trailers, test equipment, and processing rigs; tracks the lifecycle of assets; implements and maintains asset tagging and tracking systems; performs regular audits and inspections; coordinates equipment assignments; and generates reports on utilization.
