AI Tooling Engineer

Role Overview:

• Develop and scale an internal agentic AI platform connecting company knowledge, data, and tools.
• Collaborate with a Principal Engineer to build production-ready AI agents and integrations.
• Own the full development lifecycle from user needs to deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate internal systems and SaaS applications through APIs and shared data models.
• Build AI agents and MCP servers, design retrieval workflows, and optimize prompts and context.
• Monitor performance, reduce costs, and ensure robust security and access controls.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of production software experience, primarily with Python and relational databases.
• Proven experience deploying at least one production AI agent with LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, MCP, AI evaluation, and cloud infrastructure.
