Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an expert in both brands over the course of our 4 week training program. After you complete training, you will primarily be responsible for providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers. Responsibilities include responding to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service, managing and responding to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services. You will deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience and uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication.
