Senior Platform Manager - Active Directory & Microsoft Entra

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, collaborating with domain architects to build scalable and secure identity frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards while integrating identity solutions across departments and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, procedures, and runbooks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or advanced degrees with 7+ (Master's) or 3+ (PhD) years.
• Minimum 5 years as an Identity Architect with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and modern authentication technologies.
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, directory services architecture, and regulatory frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and leadership.

Role Details:
