- Preparing and organizing employment-based immigration petitions and supporting documentation
- Drafting USCIS forms, support letters, and legal correspondence
- Communicating with clients to collect documents and clarify case details
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of recent U.S. immigration paralegal experience
- Demonstrated experience preparing H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, EB-1, and EB-5 petitions
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
