Facilitate virtual professional learning sessions for educators, school leaders, and district teams, delivering engaging, interactive sessions aligned with Kiddom’s mission and solutions. Furthermore, adapt facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse educator audiences, ensuring sessions are impactful and actionable. This role requires collaborating with Kiddom’s Professional Learning team to prepare for sessions and incorporating participant feedback to continuously refine delivery. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of Kiddom’s solutions, sending session reminders, and providing clear follow-up communication. Maintaining accurate documentation of session attendance, participant feedback, and key takeaways is crucial for ongoing improvements. The role demands effective communication with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience, as well as supporting operational processes by adhering to scheduling requirements and managing session logistics. Frequent Travel is expected.
