Senior Software Engineer (RoR + Ember)

As Senior Software Engineer, your mission will be to act as a technical reference for the project, solving the main technical problems and sharing knowledge with the team. You will act as the technical reference of the project, seeking the state of the art in the creation of solutions and problem solving, promoting good software development practices; Solve (or find someone to solve) the biggest technical problems of the project; Identify priority and non-priority activities of the project; Carry out and coordinate technical investigative and exploratory activities; Look to the future within your technical area of knowledge, aiming to propose new technologies; Ensure technical excellence in the execution of the products to which you are related. The candidate must have experience in fullstack web development with Ruby on Rails and Ember; have knowledge of the main design patterns used by the market; Knowledge in REST APIs development; Have experience with Code Review; Experience in writing automated tests, both for backend and frontend; Experience with development using SQL Ansi and PostgreSQL database; Intermediate/advanced English, with good oral communication.
