Position Overview:
- Provide direct patient care while managing an assigned team of Therapists.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clinical and operational issues.
- Support onboarding, provider engagement, and workflow optimization.
Key Areas of Ownership:
- Maintain a clinical schedule that balances administrative duties.
- Monitor productivity, documentation timeliness, and schedule utilization.
- Support onboarding initiatives and integration of new Therapists.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health required.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
