Figma Design Specialist

Project Scope:

• Focus on Figma migration work: Moving a subset of files and a shared design library to a new account.
• Expect breakages (especially tokens) that must be fixed/reconnected.
• Includes initial sandbox testing, assessment, effort estimation, and full migration execution.

Requirements:

• Deep Figma expertise with token-level knowledge.
• Strong understanding of design tokens, shared libraries, and cascading properties.
• Design systems experience with components, patterns, and scalable UI systems.

Preferred Background:

• 7–10 years of experience (senior-level role).
• Experience with design systems, tokenization, and shared libraries in Figma.
• Open to any industry domain.

Role Expectations:

• Act as a lead during migration.
• Help define approach and execution strategy.
• Work with additional designers, a design system manager, engineering, and Figma support.
