Android Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Android Team Lead Developer to drive team productivity, shape architecture decisions, and lead the development of complex business logic. In this role, you will have the autonomy to implement your own ideas and solutions, optimize existing approaches, and introduce new technologies. You will be leading a team focused on building a high-impact application that’s expected to grow significantly over the next 6 to 12 months, and your leadership will be key to that growth. The app launched on iOS in 2021 and Android in 2023, targets users in the USA and Tier-1 markets. It enables safe communication among people with similar interests. Key strengths include a user-friendly UX/UI, high-quality video with beauty effects, and no ads. The team uses Scrum methodology and leverages deep expertise in the field. With responsive management and proven adaptability, our goal is to scale both iOS and Android versions efficiently.
