Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the data and analytics strategy to support continued growth.
- Build executive dashboards and establish a single source of truth for key metrics.
- Drive AI and advanced analytics roadmap to improve forecasting and decision-making.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years in data analytics, BI, data science, or data engineering, including leadership experience.
- Proven track record in high-growth DTC or eCommerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, privacy, and cybersecurity.
