Product Development Specialist

We are excited to announce a new opportunity at Longbridge for a Product Development Specialist to join our team! This role will be instrumental in shaping our products, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This position is designed for a candidate that has strong analytical and organizational skills, has a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, and likes to proactively problem solve. Reporting to the Director of Product and Strategic Development, the Product Development Specialist assists in managing cross-functional projects and contributing to new and existing product development. Individuals must exhibit strong analytical skills within their assessments, strong organizational/time management skills, and exceptional communication skills when interacting with all levels of employees within the company.
