Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest talent associations, dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. As a Contracts Specialist, you will help draft standard customer, partner, and supplier contracts. You'll review contracts to ensure compliance with policies, flag any potential issues, and input contract details into databases. Ensuring all required signatures and approvals are obtained and recorded. You will communicate with internal departments to clarify contract details and assist with reporting on contract status and renewals as needed. Provide support with Enterprise customer registration and all related Enterprise customer inquiries including completing new customer registration forms.
