Job Description
Use various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions. Manage full cycle of recruitment process: Review resumes and applications and conduct thorough and insightful interviews. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers and team members to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and assist in the decision-making process. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future positions, fostering relationships and staying connected with passive job seekers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
