Job Description
CGS is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic team member to act as an Agile Coach within our team supporting a large federal agency. The agency is committed to an operating model based on Agile, Product-focus, and DevSecOps in pursuit of increasing efficiency, efficacy, and overall success of various IT verticals and missions. The ideal candidate should embody an Agile mindset and be passionate about empowering an Agile culture through experience coaching, guiding, and supporting executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and others. This involves overseeing Agile transformation, facilitating workshops, leading Agile Training, and providing ongoing Agile Coaching support. The role includes setting up team boards, assisting with requirements, evolving the Agile Maturity Assessment model, and embedding an agile culture.
