Staff/Principal Engineer

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing:

• Guide architecture and contribute hands-on development across front-end applications, back-end services, data systems, and integrations.
• Lead and execute complex engineering initiatives from problem definition through production validation.
• Build financial workflows and journaled systems to preserve data accuracy, integrity, traceability, and auditability.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Demonstrated experience rebuilding or substantially modernizing an established production platform.
• Highly proficient in relational databases such as MS-SQL, Postgres, or MySQL.
• Familiar with designing cloud-native solutions including their deployment needs.

Compensation & Rewards:

• Total Compensation: USD $275,000 - $325,000 (Base + Variable).
