Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Medical Director

Provide general supervision for the prescribing team which includes nurse practitioners, pediatricians and therapists to ensure clinical quality, safety, compliance, and alignment with evidence-based care. Manage a caseload and provide comprehensive care services to children and teens as part of a multidisciplinary team. Provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management, ensuring a high standard of care in all aspects of service delivery. Document work meticulously, including session notes, care plans, and progress in the electronic health record. Provide strong leadership to the psychiatry team, as well as to coaches and therapists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Product, Care Operations, Care Quality) for feature enhancements. Acquire new state licenses as needed and contribute to the growth and development of the organization through active participation in innovation initiatives.
