The Opportunity:
- The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing.
- Ensure the SE’s have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business.
- Focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue focused activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain the Field Engineering infrastructure, as well as custom demo applications and deployment tools for workshops and custom engagements.
- Implement and maintain operational dashboards and alerts for Field Engineering infrastructure.
- Overtime become a SME on one or more of our products enabling you to assist the field with deep dive technical meetings, large strategic POV’s, blogs, webinars and more
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Proven track record deploying, operating, and maintaining highly distributed, multi-region platforms in production.
- Software engineering experience delivering at least one enterprise-grade product.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with at least one CSP, including IAM, networking, compute, storage, and managed services, including IAC tools such as Terraform.
