Senior Manager of Security Operations

This role involves leading the global Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring the successful delivery of managed detection and response services to clients. The Senior Manager provides hands-on leadership during critical incidents, taking charge of technical aspects of incident response, analysis, and remediation to quickly and effectively resolve security events. Responsibilities include senior-level mentorship, establishing key security metrics, and overseeing the creation of standard operating procedures. The role requires staying ahead of global security trends and ensuring a customer-centric approach, maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while driving high levels of service delivery and continuous improvement. The Senior Manager will also develop and implement long-term security operations strategies, including capacity planning, team development, and process improvements.
