Finance & Accounting Operations Lead

As a Finance & Accounting Operations Lead at Culdesac, you will oversee operations related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, banking and treasury, and coordinate with third party accounting support at the company. You will be a key part in our daily financial operations. Responsibilities include maintaining the company expense and finance management platform, coordinating with third party accounting support to produce financial statements, compiling monthly asset management presentations, analyzing inventory and market rent data to maintain accurate unit pricing, and updating financials in budgets. You will also manage relationships with third party accounting firms, ensure tax compliance, generate leasing performance reports, onboard and manage vendors, procure insurance policies, audit expenditures, oversee accounts receivable operations, manage cash balances, and prepare past due tenants for collections.
