Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Army logistics munitions readiness programs through operational planning, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate munitions readiness, organizational performance, and emerging issues.
  • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, and presentations supporting munitions readiness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting Army logistics, munitions readiness, or DoD organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced degree in a related field and experience with headquarters-level readiness planning.
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualization products.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
