Job Description

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementations across Personal Lines with overall 8 - 10 years of experience in P&C. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirement documents. Strong understanding of Duck Creek modules including Rating Forms Pages and Underwriting workflows. Experience of writing internal and 3rd party integration requirements and understanding of APIs. Participate in sprint planning UAT and production support activities including high severity defect resolution. Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of Duck Creek solutions. Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Duck Creek implementations. Support integration efforts with third party systems and downstream applications.
