Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth, learner participation, and long-term community engagement.
Ensure program activities comply with donor regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, International Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
10+ years of experience managing projects or online education initiatives, with at least 3 years of direct people management.
Proven experience managing remote teams and collaborating across geographically distributed organizations.

Benefits:

Competitive annual salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 USD.
18 days paid vacation, 12 paid sick days, and 11 paid holidays annually.
