Responsibilities:
- Directs and contributes to Civil Design Criteria development.
- Provides support into planning, permitting, environmental and ROW investigations
- Manage, and monitor progress and schedule of technical chapters of criteria development
Support and supervises special studies:
- Assesses the studies to support design criteria development
- Assist in the development of scope, delivery schedule and cost estimates
- Monitors progress and schedule of deliverables
Manages and supervises the civil team:
- Coordinate with PCM and System Assurance team
- Supervise the team to perform the Due Diligent Review for civil technical contract submittals
- Provide updates of design requirements and technical documents to support the preliminary designs
