Job Description
You are responsible for the vision and further development of the Breuninger Card, always keeping our customers and value creation in mind. You prioritize requirements, formulate User-Stories and implement these with your development team, making data-driven decisions and always keeping customer needs, value creation and economic efficiency in focus. Together with your team, you strive for rapid and continuous further development, create roadmaps and ensure that all measures contribute to the company goals. You moderate cross-departmental cooperation, take stakeholder requirements into account and manage projects using modern methodologies. Through regular success measurement based on defined KPIs and market observations, you identify optimization potentials and innovative trends that you incorporate into the product strategy. You show an open willingness to deal with large standard software products up to in-house developments and to design solutions in them.
