Role Overview:
- This position sits at the heart of product decision-making, using data to uncover opportunities and drive measurable growth.
- You will take ownership of the product metrics framework and ensure teams have clear, reliable definitions for the numbers that matter most.
- You will work closely with Product and functional leaders in a highly collaborative, distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve the product metrics tree, ensuring consistent and locked definitions for key metrics.
- Validate metrics and dashboards, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, including sample-size calculations, experiment duration, and pre-test validation.
Requirements:
- A higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, with proven application to real-world problems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
