Product Manager, Earn Core

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading and executing the product strategy for Kraken’s Earn offerings, focusing on staking, rewards, and stablecoin enablement while adding new staking assets. This role also serves as the foundation of the Earn product suite, owning key areas such as product integrations, reward supply chain, and staking payouts. The Product Manager will lead the Consumer Earn Core pod, driving strategy and execution for staking asset additions and related backend initiatives. The candidate will define and deliver the roadmap for foundational Earn Core capabilities and collaborate closely with engineering and operations.
