Senior Product Manager, Business Intelligence

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Business Intelligence who’s passionate about using data to power smarter decisions and drive business growth. You’ll lead the evolution of our BI platform — collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Product teams to build scalable, intuitive, and high-impact data products. In this role, you’ll balance innovation and execution, shaping the tools and insights that help our marketplace — and our people — thrive. You’ll define product strategy, own the roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to deliver outcomes that matter. Own the BI product lifecycle, and partner with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business goals, user needs, and operational challenges. Translate complex needs into intuitive, impactful solutions within BI tools. Also, champion data literacy and best practices, creating training and documentation that foster self-service and insight-driven culture.
