About the Role:
- Hands-on finance operations leader for the law firm and related MSO.
- Owns general ledger, close, reconciliations, financial statements, and cash forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own internal controls, budget, rolling forecasts, and budget-to-actual reporting.
- Prepare monthly statements, 13-week cash forecasts, and consolidated reporting.
- Manage the close calendar, staff review, and accounting systems implementations.
About You:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with recent hands-on Controller or Accounting Manager work.
- Advanced Excel, QuickBooks Online, professional-services accounting, and trust/IOLTA familiarity strongly preferred.
