Growth Program Director

Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking an experienced Growth Program Director to lead Team Grow, responsible for driving firm-level growth initiatives during the Grow phase of our Ready, Set, Grow onboarding journey. The Growth Program Director will serve as a trusted, consultative partner to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), collaborating to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and define success measures. This role shapes the growth playbook for Crete’s acquired firms, ensuring strategies are practical and tailored to each region and firm. Key responsibilities include strategic partnership with RVPs to assess firm performance, providing guidance on growth levers, and leading the creation of firm-specific growth roadmaps. The Director will also develop scalable tools, monitor progress, and prepare executive-level updates. Leadership of Team Grow, stakeholder engagement, and communication are also crucial parts of the role.
