Job Description
Studio Monitoring and Quality Control includes applying a deep knowledge of HoYoverse products' lore and storylines to oversee voice acting content during recording sessions, ensuring adherence to scripts and lore, and facilitating communication to adjust performances as needed, as well as managing recording audio quality, ensuring proper equipment setup and adherence to audio technical requirements. Project Management and Coordination involves managing the full lifecycle of voice recording, including pre-production, recording process, and post-production QA. Technical and Creative Duties includes supporting casting needs, including arranging and guiding auditions (on-site or remote), and producing actor recommendations. The role also includes establishing and maintaining industry networks.
