This role is focused on: Leading and supporting a team of 9 engineers across critical Kubernetes infrastructure. Setting technical direction for the Cloud Compute team and contributing to Canva’s broader platform strategy. Driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of sustainable engineering practices. Building strong relationships across platform and product teams. Managing performance, mentoring engineers, and unlocking growth opportunities. Helping Canva achieve infrastructure scale through multi-cloud and control plane initiatives. Contributing to hiring and building a diverse, inclusive team environment.
