Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with product, design, engineering, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality features that support both members in recovery and peer recovery coaches. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and co-develop improvements to internal tools. Translate user feedback into clear and actionable product requirements. You will improve how people access care, connect with peers, and sustain recovery as part of a small, mission-driven team that values empathy, autonomy, and honest collaboration.
