You will serve as a pivotal financial partner to our Sales and RevOps leadership, influencing key growth strategies and optimizing critical investments. This unique opportunity also includes building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of analysts and managers. The Senior Manager will elevate revenue and ARR forecasting accuracy, focusing on robust checks, improved version control, and increased transparency. They will build a high-performing, cohesive team through the development of individualized growth plans, leading to increased ownership of key FP&A processes. The role also involves establishing strategic partnerships across GTM functions, evidenced by increased proactive engagement and joint strategic initiatives, and successfully leading cross-functional planning cycles for Sales and RevOps related areas, ensuring alignment and clear financial ownership.
