Quality Assurance Associate - Medical Bill Review

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate under supervision, you'll review medical bills and administrative tasks to ensure quality assurance and provide direct feedback or coaching to Medical Service Representatives (MSRs). This role requires the use of bill review skills, medical bill review administrative skills, and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing medical bills per standard work, evaluating them against best practices, supporting internal audits, identifying areas for training development and automation, participating in calibration sessions, and ensuring compliance with department protocols. You will also assist with the development of standard work and effectively communicate complex situations to stakeholders.
