The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the marketing strategy to engage the Health Care Practitioner (HCP) market in Australia. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives with a direct impact on growth. The role requires someone with exceptional project management skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Key areas of responsibility include lead generation, acquisition and brand awareness campaigns, clinical education, product and platform launches and event management. Drive acquisition strategy & development, conduct market research to understand practitioner needs and competitive analysis and build knowledge of industry trends. Develop, maintain and enforce brand guidelines to preserve brand integrity.
