Head of Capital Markets Mexico Finance

Kueski is seeking a Head of Capital Markets to lead our fundraising strategy across debt and equity while overseeing treasury operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned financial leader with expertise in capital markets, liquidity management, and credit products in fintech or lending. As a key leader, you will partner with the CFO to define long-term capital strategy and secure funding that aligns with growth objectives. You will own the full capital-raising lifecycle, from structuring and negotiation to covenant management and investor relations. Your leadership will strengthen Kueski’s financial position and impact across LATAM. The role involves leading capital raising efforts, structuring and negotiating financing deals, overseeing treasury operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of discipline, innovation, and operational excellence.
