Job Description
Entegra’s Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Memo Analyst responsible for tracking credit memos for all clients, ensuring appropriate backup, and maintaining the credit memo database. The analyst will manage the approvals process, escalate issues when necessary, and audit the Smartsheet to ensure data synchronization. The role involves recommending process improvements, collaborating with other departments, and driving escalations as needed. The analyst also performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 5 years of accounting and accounts receivable experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate must adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
