Reporting directly to Thomas, CMO/Co-founder, this is a strategic, hands-on role managing several paid channels, with the potential to grow into team leadership based on results. Key responsibilities include campaign ownership and scaling, performance analysis, creative & funnel optimization, partnership management & media strategy, and automation & scaling systems. Challenges involve scaling user growth, building a scalable creative engine, systematizing landing page production, expanding the acquisition mix, and laying the foundations for a high-performance UA team. The position requires 5–7 years of experience in user acquisition, expertise in media buying operations, analytical mindset, and cross-functional leadership. Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.
