Your Everyday:
- Review and analyze CDM data for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in updating the CDM and ensure proper documentation.
The Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare auditing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Chargemaster management and coding.
- 2+ years of Epic experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of OPPS reimbursement methodologies and Medicare billing guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced excel skills and proficiency in Office 365.
